Based in Fort Collins, Colorado, Jim Goodyear established Good 4 Dirt – Dust & Soil Solutions LLC on May 1, 2010. Our doors opened for business on July 1, 2010.  In those sixty days, Jim successfully transitioned from a 38-year career in natural resource management with the State of Colorado to Principal at Good 4 Dirt – Dust & Soil Solutions LLC. That particular seed was planted six years earlier, in 2004, when as end-user consumers, Jim and his wife LuAnn thoroughly researched to find the best dust control product.

We chose to use Arena Rx® “Clean Air for Horse and Rider™ for our 80′ x 144′ indoor arena. Since our first application, we have never ever had to water our arena,  and we have no dust.  NO WATERING, NO DUST!   We call that a game changer.  Good 4 Dirt – Dust & Soil Solutions is a business to consumer (B2C) company.  Our customers are people looking for a better way to manage and control dust wherever it may be. They are private individuals, they are therapeutic riding centers, they are ball clubs, they ae colleges, fairgrounds, churches, camps and natural areas etc.  For them, it is where independently verified safe, clean and pure for the environment products are important considerations. We focus on selling, delivering and applying only the highest quality products. Because of our prior research and their reputations, we chose only products manufactured by Midwest Industrial Supply Inc. (Midwest). Within three years, Good 4 Dirt – Dust & Soil Solutions expanded rapidly to become Midwest’s largest distributor of Arena Rx® “Clean Air for Horse and Rider™ in the United States.

Hence, Good 4 Dirt  – Dust & Soil Solutions primarily specializes primarily in dust suppression in the equestrian, recreational and agricultural markets throughout the United States.  We sell and ship nationwide and in Colorado and surrounding states we can deliver and apply dust control to indoor and outdoor recreational facilities, we can apply Midwest products to road-base gravel driveways, paths and similar areas.
