Horses Create Dust! It's Inevitable...

Many Other Activities Also Create Dust, So, Horse Lovers, Don't Fret ...
Their Not Doing It On Purpose

The earth’s outer continental crust is not just rock-hard.  Actually, much of this crust is fragile and brittle.  It’s easily crushed, chipped, fractured and can be pulverized into smaller and smaller sized particles. Boulders and cobble can be crushed into gravel, sand, silt and clay sized particles by man, animals and mother nature.

When it comes to horses, they do their part too.  A cantering horse can exert up to 6000 pounds/square inch under each hoof when it strikes the ground.  That amount of force easily fractures mineralized particles whether on the trail or in the arena in to several much smaller particles. Over time this chipping, splitting fracturing and pulverization process changes sand sized particles into silt and clay sized particulate dust.

Sand is defined by size.   It is finer than gravel and coarser that silt.  Sand is generally recognized in five sizes (1) coarse sized sand, (2) medium coarse sized sand, (3) medium sized sand, (4) medium fine sized sand and (5) fine sized sand. All sand sizes can be seen without the aid of a microscope. Finer than sand is silt sized particles followed by clay sized particles.  Silt and clay sized particles can be inhaled by humans and animals.

This extremely small sized dust and smoke sized particulate matter  is  small enough to be inhaled deep into the lungs of humans, horses and other nearby animals with the potential to cause severe health issues if not controlled.  When in an arena’s footing is pulverized it reduces footing depth and porosity (the free air space between particles).  The footing  becomes denser and more compacted.  Less porosity means less resilient.  How long this process takes depends on (1) the amount of use, (2) the type of use and (3) the mineral content of your footing.   Arena dust is literally being created when horses are in-training or being rode for work or recreation.

FORTUNATELY, although creating dust can not be stopped, it can be controlled.  In arenas, round-pens, walkers, stalls and runs, Arena Rx’s® molecularly engineered synthetic fluid and the ultra-safe polymer binder is designed to adsorb over and onto as well as absorb into the fissures and crevices of EACH individual particle and fuse smaller sight unseen particles together.  This synergy of molecularly engineered synthetic fluid and polymer binder adds weight and strength to each footing particle.  It’s a truly revolutionary concept that has withstood the test of time!

Tired, Upset, and Worried About Dirty Dust in Your Arena, Stall or Runs?

TIRED?  TIRED of dust like this? TIRED of watering every day or few days? TIRED of lugging around hoses and sprinklers, or continually filling water tanks and spraying every few days or even more often! TIRED of draining hoses in the winter?  TIRED of that Nordic cold cave-like or hot stale muggy human feeling after watering? UPSET when you overwater? WORRIED? Worried about using corrosive and toxic chemicals that really aren’t that inexpensive after all when they wash away or become airborne too?  WORRIED about airborne dust related health issues? WORRIED about other knowns and unknowns?  SOLUTION TIME! How about NEVER water again!  How about PEACE OF MIND instead of instead of worrying about product safety issues! How about more QUALITY TIME with your horse instead!

If so, Then Relax, Take a Clean, Deep Refreshing Breath and Enjoy This!

With Arena Rx®
"Clean Air for Horse and Rider"™...

It NEVER Evaporates!

So You NEVER NEED TO water again!

NO More Dangerous Dust!
... Just "Clean Air for Horse and Rider"™ ...

Besides being US EPA verified as safe and clean for the environment, Arena RX® “Clean Air for Horse and Rider”™ does not evaporate or dry-out or harden over time.  Instead, it remains active in the footing, self-migrating and self-healing over individual footing particles that are constantly changing under the hoof of the horse.    Arena RX® “Clean Air for Horse and Rider”™ doesn’t just reduce water like some dust suppressants, it ELIMINATES watering forever!

PROBLEM: If you currently water your arena,  with sprinklers or water wagons then you know the definitions of “temporary,” “constantly-changing,”  “labor-intensive,”  and  “time-waster activity.” Usually, water is not free.  There are expenses with purchasing equipment, pumping, filling tanks, transporting, applying and if it’s metered water, …well that monthly bill too.  And if you use water for dust control then you know what the ever changing wet-damp-dry-dust cycle really means.

So, instead of watering, save your time and energy for more important things. Instead of lugging around hoses and sprinklers, or hitching up and filling the water wagon and then sprinkling which again lasts only a day or two, then it’s a relief to know that when Arena Rx® is used it does not evaporate!  That’s right, Arena Rx® does not evaporate so fugitive airborne dust is restrained and contained.  With Arena Rx® your footing remains consistent day-in, day-out, and from season to season throughout the year.

CAUTION: Airborne fugitive dust is not just a nuisance it can cause  health hazards, which may be treatable but not necessarily curable!

SOLUTION:  Control fugitive airborne dust safely with U.S. EPA verified Arena RX® “Clean Air for Horse and Rider”™!

Arena Rx®
“Clean Air for Horse and Rider”™ PROVIDES CONSISTENT FOOTING!

…Fortunately, although creating dust can’t be stopped, it can be controlled by Arena Rx’s® …,

Arena Rx® minimizes particle abrasion / scuffing, and counteracts the negative effects of gravity by bonding with each particle. This means that Arena Rx® remain in direct contact with each individual footing particle while leaving the footing’s natural porosity (free air space) open!  This provides footing consistency from day-to-day and season-to-season.

Arena Rx® last longer than generic or enhanced mineral oils.  Arena Rx®  ensures resilient footing, excellent traction, without any stickiness or tracking.   Gas-to-Liquid  (GTL’s made from natural gases like methane, butane, propane) simply are NOT equivalent to the chemically altered molecular structure found in Arena Rx®’s engineered formulation with it’s polymer binder that both absorbs and adsorbs onto each particle.  Arena Rx® improves footing material consistency, resilience (cushioning), traction and the unique polymer tackifier binder adds additional strength to the footing material.

With Arena Rx®“Clean Air for Horse and Rider”™, horses, riders, spectators and trainers can work, play, observe and train in comfort without the hazards caused by dust.  Arena Rx® is the superior dust control suppressant for arenas, round pens, stalls, runs… anywhere dust is a problem.

F.A.Q.

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet.

That depends upon (1) the number of riders that use the arena, (2) the type of riding, (3) the amount of riding done, and (4) the footings characteristics like age and mineral content etc. and (5) how is the arena maintained?  It too makes a difference.

Is there one or two riders, or 15 or 20?  It makes a difference.  Is the primary use a calm and slow therapeutic riding center or is it a more aggressive riding style like reining and cutting?  It makes a difference?  Does the arena receive one or two riders 2 times a week for 2 hours, or does it receive 20 riders for 8 hours 5 days a week?  It makes a difference.  Is the footing new or old, what is the true percentage of the footing’s mineral content (quartz, feldspar, mica, diamonds or gypsum)?  It makes a difference.  Is the arena well maintained or not?  That also makes a difference.

We ask a series of questions and based on your answers we make calculations and then give you a recommendation.
